Is Sara Lance the Real Death Totem Bearer?

Is Sara Lance the true death totem bearer? I think she might be the true totem bearer because she actually died in arrow and was brought back to life by the Lazarus Pit and she has also lost someone very special to her and that was her sister Laurel Lance the old black Canary. So she has quite a close connection to the died so it would make sense for her to be the wielder of the Death Totem in the end. I think that the death totem just connects to anyone if they have lost someone very close to them so it can bring them back together. So it would bring Sara and Laurel back together and I have a feeling that Malice might take control of Sara and Ray might have to use the anti-magic gun on Sara.
