Wally West is Joining the Legends

Wally West is officially joining DC’s Legends of Tomorrow because the Legends lost firestorm because Professor Stein died in the Crisis on Earth-X crossover and then Jax left the team a couple episodes later. So Rip went to find Wally aka Kid Flash to try and convince him to join the Legends on their mission to save time from Malice.
